5-Year Warranty Coverage

All LynkAI Smart Touch Panels come with a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

 

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Hardware or software malfunctions under normal usage

  • Internal component failures

 

What’s Not Covered:

  • Physical or cosmetic damage (scratches, cracks, dents)

  • Damage from improper installation, electrical issues, or misuse

  • Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs

  • Normal wear and tear

 

Note: Warranty is valid only if installed by certified professionals.

 

7-Day Return Policy (Defective Products Only)

We accept returns only if the product is found defective within 7 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The product must be unused, undamaged (physically), and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (invoice) is mandatory

  • Photos or videos of the defect may be requested for verification

 

If the return is approved:

  • We will provide a replacement unit (subject to stock)

  • Or proceed with repair based on the issue

 

 

Customized or engraved panels are not eligible for return, unless defective.
